How to Tie Your Taekwondo Belt - Video

How to Tie Your Taekwondo Belt - Steps

1. Start by placing the belt on your belly.

2. Make left side go around back until you can hand belt to the right hand.  Ensure that left side goes underneath right side.

3. Bring right side around back until you can hold it in the left hand.

4. Now, make the right side (underneath), and the left side (on top), cross pass each other.

5 Make the new right side go underneath all layers starting from the bottom, and pulling the end out the top.

6. Hold both ends of your belt stratight out in front.  You should have a top one and a bottom one.  Make any adjustments to equal out the lengths.

7. The top one does all the work now.  Keep both ends of your belt straight out.

8. Make the right one go over to the left of the bottom one.  Keeping the bottom one striaight, make the top one go to the left, then through the loop that is created with the bottom one.
